What a phenomenal journey it has been! The IIC Corporate Governance Conference 2024 concludes on a high note, marking it as an immense success. With esteemed speakers gracing our stage and fostering engaging discussions, we’ve set new standards in corporate governance discourse.

IIC in collaboration with Climate Governance Malaysia will be organising a Webinar on “Making Informed Decisions About Climate Risk” on 3 September 2021 (Friday) at 2:30 pm to 3.50 pm.

Two speakers from S & P Global, Micheal Salvatico and Sannya Joseph will be sharing with us some insights on the following :
o What is climate change scenario analysis?
o How to measure portfolio exposure to climate change related risks both transition and physical risk
o How to measure portfolio alignment to Paris Agreement and a 1.5 Degree world
o How do investors manage portfolio climate risk exposure?
o Why ESG and Climate Resilient indices are more sustainable benchmarks

This will be followed by a Panel Discussion with the following panelists :

o Nurhisham Hussein, Chief Strategy Officer, EP
o Azlan Hussein, Director/Head of Equity, KWAP

A post event has also been arranged exclusively for IIC Members where members are given the opportunity to have conversation with the representatives of S & P Global.
